Memorial Day Side Dish


Going to a cookout and don't know what to bring? How about this SPINACH RICE SALAD?

Ingredients:

6 cups cooked white (or brown) rice
1 1/2 cups chopped fresh spinach
1 1/2 cups thinly sliced mushrooms
1 cup crumbled feta cheese
1/2 cup honey mustard dressing

Toss all ingredients together and serve either warm or cold.
